Prices posted on IndigoTea are subject to a number of factors.

 

We're not a big-box store; we get to know your names, your dreams and goals for your business, and do our very best to help you make those dreams come true.

Each and every single business owner has a specific range of talents, skills and needs.  Some of our clients just need a place to hang their hats - they're graphics and tech-savvy, and great at handling their own social media and tech needs.

Others may already have a logo they love, in electronic format, and a talented graphics person to create a layout, and all we have to do is help them implement their vision. Then there are the folks who need absolutely everything, soup to nuts.

In short - because no two companies are exactly alike, no two solutions will be exactly the same.  After we've spent time talking to the prospective client, and have a better understanding of their precise needs, we'll create a customized, line-item quote, so that they know exactly what they're paying for each item. The client can then choose which items they'll move forward with, and which may be addressed at a later point in time, as their budget permits.

So it's really not a matter of "if I don't see a price, then it costs too much for me"; it's because we create unique solutions to meet the precise needs of each business, and then empower the business to choose an implementation that meets the needs of their business and their budget.

 

If a client requests a modified version of a product or service we offer, we can add or subtract services, as required or requested. The client will always know the cost of any alterations or additions, and give approval accordingly, prior to any work being done.

 

If a product or package is posted at a certain price, that is the price you'll pay for the item as described.  We subscribe to a flat-rate policy, and don't believe in springing surprises on clients mid-way through a project. 

 

That being said, if the client requests additional products or services, we will provide a line-item quote for the client's approval prior to implementation, so that everyone is on the same page, and again, there are no surprises when the final bill is due.
